Chad Nybo has a distinguished career in developing complex and highly creative software solutions for both corporations and government agencies. Over the last several years, Chad has been working closely with healthcare professionals to bring new technologies into their practices. Chad graduated from Montana State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

 Outside the office Chad spends time with his wife Elmira and is a Montana State Bobcats Football fan.

Daniel O’Connor brings 25 years of business development, sales, and marketing experience to CrossTx. Earning a joint MA & Juris Doctor from University of California Los Angeles and University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Daniel has founded, developed and supported the growth of a number of software and technology-related services ventures involving life sciences, healthcare, government and other regulated industry. Daniel’s mission of improving health care outcomes while lower costs across collaborative networks brought him to CrossTx.

A San Francisco native, Daniel owns an online news website dedicated to clinical trials transparency and accessibility called TrialSite News. He enjoys outdoor activities, basketball, reading and getting ever more connected to the Intermountain West.

David Vap

David Vap is a leading SaaS Product Executive. As Group Vice President of Oracle Applications Development, David drove product strategy and product management for the cloud-based Oracle customer service products. He also aligned the strategy for the Oracle customer experience portfolio, which consisted of sales, service, marketing, and commerce applications.
A 20-year veteran of the technology industry, Mr. Vap joined Oracle through the acquisition of RightNow in 2012. At RightNow he was Vice President of Products, where he led product strategy, product management, and product marketing.

Mr. Vap earned his Bachelor of Science at Carnegie Mellon University.

Don Beeman

Donald Beeman is the former Chief Executive Officer of LigoCyte Pharmaceuticals, Inc., in Bozeman, Montana. Mr. Beeman led LigoCyte through fundraising, the development of several preclinical candidates and moved the company’s norovirus research program into the clinic. The company was acquired by Takeda in October 2012. He was a Founder and served as the Director at Topaz Pharmaceuticals LLC. Topaz was acquired by Sanofi Pasteur.

Prior to that, Mr. Beeman served as Vice President at Merck & Co., Inc. (1989-2004), where he led commercial operations for the vaccine business in the United States, reporting to the division head. He guided the creation of Merck’s first e-business channel with physicians and led two different regional sales groups at Merck, helping to establish five new products during his tenure in this role in the company’s pharmaceutical division. Mr. Beeman has held several different marketing positions including assignments in product marketing, customer marketing, and as the Marketing Director in the Australian subsidiary of Merck.

Pam Sveinson

Pam Sveinson has had a busy and diverse career since moving back to her home state of Montana in 1999, where she bought a business and property on Hebgen Lake. Since then, Pam has developed and operated Kirkwood Resort & Marina near West Yellowstone, where she also has been active in a variety of community efforts.

In her “spare time”, she has been consulting with a variety of clients world-wide since 1999. Pam specializes in individual executive coaching, facilitation of management team sessions and consulting on large-scale culture initiatives. Her client work has spanned 18 years, working with global corporations, e-commerce start-ups and small businesses as well as non-profit organizations. In the last several years, Pam has become a member of the Frontier Angel Fund, investing in and supporting start-up businesses.
Prior to 1999, Pam had a career of more than 20 years holding executive HR positions with Cowles Media Company/Star Tribune and with First Bank System, both in Minneapolis. She also has been a member of the board of directors for several organizations, serving as both the chair of their HR committees as well as Treasurer and Board Chair. In those capacities, she led or participated in many committees, including oversight of investment fund management. Pam received her master’s in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota in 1980.

Dr. Norman “Terry” Nybo, the Montana Dental Association’s 2013 winner of the Excellent Clinician Award, has been at the forefront of new technologies, best operating procedures and advanced patient care. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Montana Dental Association, Academy of Laser Dentistry and American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He also is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. degree in Dentistry and a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree with honors.

Outside of the office Terry is an accomplished artist and enjoys the Montana outdoors.
